We're doing Bootcamp!



For those that didn't know, somehow my cousin Stephanie and I talked ourselves into enrolling in a Bootcamp. There are many reasons one would sign up for such a thing. Our reasons are like most others - wanting to lose inches and tone, improve our endurance and grow our self esteem. We want to have more energy and overall live a healthier lifestyle.

Those reasons are what we hold onto at 5:30 in the morning - Monday, Wednesday's and Friday's. It's what flashes through our minds when we have to bend to put our socks on, get up and down from a chair (or a toilet - just being honest), or when we have to reach for an object - all while in pure throbbing-cramping-muscle excruciating agony. And with high hopes will keep us strong for the next 4 weeks.

The Circuit
These people are killing us with lunges, squats and suicides. And while 40 sec for a rep doesn't seem so bad. It really feels like a lifetime to us. OKAY! maybe not a lifetime and more like 2 min. If you don't believe me, I'm happy to run you through a mock-up class. No really, any takers.... Didn't think so!

Stay tuned for late next week as we close in on the halfway mark to see how were feeling.

Stephie honey, your my girl and thanks for being a trooper with me. I am so happy to be doing this with you. Lets knock 'em dead girl!
